This policy explains what information Softball Practice Plan processes, why it is used and what choices you have. It applies to this website and its practice-plan generator.
Information you choose to provide
The generator asks for team details such as age group, practice length, player count, coach count, practice space, focus and available equipment. These are used to create the plan returned to your browser. The generator does not require an account, player names or payment information.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use that information to read your request and reply. Please do not send medical records, children’s personal details or other sensitive information through the form.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting system may process IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and error logs. These records can be used to deliver the site, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and protect security. The generator and contact form also use short-lived rate limits linked to a one-way representation of an IP address so one visitor cannot overwhelm the service.
Cookies and local browser features
WordPress, the hosting provider or connected services may set cookies needed for administration, security or site operation. The public generator works without a user account. Share links store plan choices in the link itself; anyone who receives that link can see those non-personal team settings.
If analytics or advertising is added later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.

Contact messages and related email records may be kept as long as reasonably needed to reply, maintain business records, handle disputes or meet legal requirements. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the provider’s settings and policies.
Sharing and sale
We do not ask for payment information and do not sell contact-form messages. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect rights and safety or comply with law.
Children
The content concerns youth sports, but the website is directed to coaches, parents and other adults. Children should not submit personal information through the contact form. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to processing. These rights can have exceptions.
