Contact
Contact the Softball Practice Plan team when you spot an error, have a practical improvement for the generator, or want to suggest a coaching resource. Clear, specific feedback helps us review the right page and make a useful correction.
What you can contact us about
We welcome reports about inaccurate instructions, confusing wording, generator results that do not fit the selected age group, and accessibility or technical problems. Coaches may also suggest drills, station setups, equipment alternatives, or ways to make a practice plan easier to run with limited space or coaching help.
What to include
- For a page correction: paste the page address and quote the exact sentence that needs attention.
- For a generator problem: include the age group, duration, player count, coach count, location, equipment and focus you selected.
- For a drill suggestion: explain the setup, purpose, recommended age range, space, equipment and safety considerations.
- For a technical issue: tell us which device and browser you used and what happened after you clicked the button.
Before you report a generator issue
The planner creates a practice from the choices made on your device. It does not require an account, and refreshing the page may reset selections that have not been printed or saved. Before sending a report, try the same selections once more and note whether the result changes. Please do not include player names, medical details, school records, private schedules or other information that is not needed to understand the problem.
Help us reproduce the problem
List the exact age group, practice length, number of players and coaches, practice space, main focus and checked equipment. Tell us whether the problem appeared before or after the plan was created. If the minutes do not add up, include the activity names and time shown for each block. If a button did nothing, quote any message displayed on the page and say whether a second click or page refresh changed the result. A screenshot can be useful, but a clear written description is usually enough.
Corrections and coaching suggestions
For a drill or instruction change, explain what you would replace, why the current wording couldconfuse a coach, and which age group or practice setting is affected. If your suggestion depends on a league rule, equipment standard or safety recommendation, include a link to the relevant official source. We use that context to separate a factual correction from a coaching preference and to avoid making a change that solves one situation while creating a problem in another.
Quick checks that may solve the issue
- Reload the page once, then choose the team details again before creating a new plan.
- Confirm that players and coaches contain whole numbers within the limits shown in the form.
- Try a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge with JavaScript enabled.
- If a printed plan looks wrong, compare the on-screen plan first; browser print settings can change spacing and page breaks.
- If the site is temporarily unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again before sending the same message more than once.
If those checks fix the problem, no message is needed. If they do not, the selections and browser details listed above will help us investigate without asking you to repeat the basic steps.
Privacy, replies and response time
We use the name, email address, subject and message you submit only to review the request, investigate the site issue and reply when appropriate. Do not send passwords, payment information, confidential team records or sensitive personal information. Messages are reviewed individually, so a reply may not be immediate. Repeated promotional pitches, unrelated requests and abusive messages may be ignored. For details about how submitted information is handled, read our Privacy Policy.
What happens after you send a message
Your message is reviewed for relevance and detail. If a reply is needed, we will use the email address entered in the form. Please check the address carefully before submitting. We may not be able to use every suggestion, but detailed reports help us prioritize corrections and improve future practice plans.
Important: This form is not monitored for emergencies and does not provide medical, legal, safeguarding, or league-rule advice.
