Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Softball Practice Plan. By using the website or generator, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

General information, not professional advice

The site provides general educational and organizational information for softball practices. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice or a substitute for qualified, in-person coaching. Generated plans cannot account for every athlete, field condition, facility rule or league requirement.

Your responsibility as coach or user

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate. Inspect the playing area and equipment, provide suitable supervision, follow applicable rules and adjust workload for age, experience, weather and player readiness. Stop or change an activity when a player reports pain, shows unusual fatigue or cannot perform it safely.

Adults responsible for minors must use suitable safeguarding practices and obtain any permissions required by their organization or location.

Generated plans

A plan is an automated starting point. You may edit, print and use generated plans for your own team, household, school or organization. You may also share a plan link. We do not promise that every generated combination will be ideal, error-free or available at all times.

Permitted use

  • Use the generator for personal, team, educational or internal organizational planning.
  • Print or save plans for players, assistants and parents connected with the practice.
  • Link to public pages on this site.

Not permitted

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at an abusive rate or bypass security and rate limits.
  • Do not present the site, code, editorial content or drill library as your own product without permission.
  • Do not use the site to send unlawful, harmful or deceptive material.
  • Do not rely on a generated plan to disregard medical guidance, facility rules or an athlete’s stated discomfort.

Intellectual property

The website design, original text, software and arrangement of the drill library are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Softball concepts and commonly known drills may not be owned by any one publisher, but our particular wording, organization and software remain ours or our licensors’.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising or other service providers, and may link to external resources. We do not control every third-party site and are not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or suitable for a particular team.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on a generated plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms as the service changes. The revised version applies when posted, unless applicable law requires another process.
